First of all I am very pleased with your service and product..I did not know that UPS had delivered my item until I went out by the garage and found the package. The box was damaged and wet from weather. I bought this early for my grandson's wedding in December because of my condition I was not sure I would be there. I did not intend to open the gift but had to for a damage check. I did not remove it from the box because of disability but looked OK. Once again..thank you for prompt service and customer care. I WILL order from your company again in the future, just wish UPS cared about customers like you do.
