I ordered 4 mugs and 1 was printed incorrectly. I'm still giving them 5 stars because they fixed their error and sent another mug shortly after. I was able to contact the company easily and they were very responsive. That, these days, is more important than receiving 4 perfect mugs, which, in the end, I received. I love my mugs and use them everyday. I chose the larger one and the handle is great.
